3. Shares Transmission & IEPF Timelines
While JS Fincap coordinates shares transmission and IEPF recovery filings with high accuracy, total processing timelines are dependent on corporate registrars (RTAs) and MCA officers. JS Fincap is not legally liable for procedural delays caused by third-party government nodes.
4. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless JS Fincap, Jagruti Shah, and Srujan Shah from any claims arising from wrong physical documentation submitted by the client during claims filing.
